The new Community forum now enables you to find and offer peer-to-peer support.
CBT-Based Group Therapy
Affordable, Accessible Anxiety Support
MindShift CBT Groups is an 8-session online group therapy program for small groups of adults (aged 18+) with mild to moderate anxiety using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Groups are a maximum size of 12 and provide people with encouragement, support, and tools to help them cope better. Join the waitlist to stay updated on future Groups.

My Anxiety Plan (MAP) is an anxiety management program based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), an evidence-based psychological treatment. MAPs for Children and Teens, Adults, and Educators are easy to navigate and helpful for those with mild to moderate anxiety.
