Luckily, future Chris has learned how to time travel and comes back to assure himself that it’s going to be okay and he isn’t alone. In this video, Chris gives us a peak “behind the pizza,” above.
In this episode of Time Travelling Pizza, Chris Crust gives us an exclusive look behind the scenes! In “A Peek Behind the Pizza,” he reflects on how he’s worked through his anxiety and challenged anxious thoughts. He has worked through some of his anxieties and knows he will continue to manage his feelings as best he can.
Chris Crust remembers that his anxious thoughts are really just that, thoughts! They aren’t real, but they do impact how he feels. To change how he feels, he has to change how he thinks, replacing unhelpful thoughts with positive or helpful ones. It’s hard, but it really makes a difference for his mental health!
