We are excited to announce a collaboration between Anxiety Canada and TELUS Health MyCare™ that provides comprehensive and accessible mental health support to individuals across Canada.
Originally from Brazil, Camila Melo is currently a student at Douglas College in Vancouver.
In this episode, she shares her journey with generalized anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder, and how cognitive behavioural therapy has helped her. She says, “I think everybody should go through therapy. It’s too bad it’s not very accessible here.”
"I would shower maybe like 20 times a day. I would wash my hands all the time until my skin started bleeding."
